Welcome to Honor The Forefront. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Honor The Forefront website, online store, products, services, fundraising campaigns, custom products, and related services.

Throughout these Terms, “Honor The Forefront,” “HTF,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Honor The Forefront. “You” and “customer” refer to any person accessing our website, purchasing our products, submitting information to us, or otherwise using our services.

By accessing our website or purchasing from Honor The Forefront, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT HONOR THE FOREFRONT

Honor The Forefront is a mission-driven business creating commemorative, memorial, military, veteran, first responder, K9, public-service, awareness, and related products.

Our mission is to:

Honor those who serve. Remember those we’ve lost. Support those still fighting.

Our products may include engraved memorial bracelets, dog tags, wallet cards, challenge coins, keychains, apparel, commemorative boxes, personalized service tributes, memorial items, and other products.

We may also conduct fundraising campaigns intended to provide financial support to designated organizations, memorial funds, community initiatives, or causes.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of our website or services.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service or an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, pricing errors, unauthorized use of intellectual property, or violations of these Terms.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including their appearance, dimensions, materials, engraving, customization, and other characteristics.

Because many Honor The Forefront products are individually engraved, printed, assembled, or otherwise produced, minor variations may occur between product photographs, digital mockups, and finished products.

Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.

We may modify, discontinue, limit, or replace products at any time. Certain products may be available only in limited quantities.

4. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Honor The Forefront offers products that may be personalized with information supplied by the customer.

This may include:

Names, ranks, branches of service, departments, badge numbers, years of service, military units, MOS or specialties, deployments, career milestones, awards, retirement dates, dates of death, personal messages, photographs, logos, insignia, stories, or other information.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit is accurate.

Honor The Forefront is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer, including spelling errors, incorrect dates, incorrect names, inaccurate service information, or incorrectly supplied photographs.

We may contact you for clarification when submitted information appears incomplete or unclear.

Once production of a personalized product has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

5. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED PHOTOS, STORIES AND MATERIALS

When you provide photographs, stories, logos, graphics, service records, insignia, written materials, or other content for a custom order, you represent that you have the right or appropriate permission to provide and use those materials for the requested product.

You retain ownership of materials that you own.

You grant Honor The Forefront a limited license to reproduce, resize, crop, engrave, print, modify, format, or otherwise process those materials solely as reasonably necessary to design, manufacture, fulfill, and support your order.

We will not claim ownership of a customer's personal photographs or personal story merely because they were submitted for an order.

We reserve the right to decline content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for our business.

6. MEMORIAL AND HISTORICAL PRODUCTS

Many Honor The Forefront products commemorate real people, historical events, military service, first responders, public servants, or individuals who have died.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent historical and memorial information. However, customers should not interpret product descriptions as official historical records.

Where personalized memorial information is supplied by a customer, the customer is responsible for its accuracy.

The use of a person's name, historical event, military reference, first responder reference, department reference, or similar information does not necessarily imply endorsement of Honor The Forefront.

7. FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS

Honor The Forefront may conduct campaigns in which a stated amount or percentage from qualifying product sales is designated to benefit a particular organization, memorial fund, program, initiative, or cause.

The applicable product or fundraiser page will identify the amount or percentage associated with the campaign whenever applicable.

For example, a campaign may state that a specific dollar amount from each qualifying product sold will be contributed to the designated beneficiary.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer's purchase is a purchase of merchandise from Honor The Forefront and is not a direct charitable donation by the customer. Customers should not assume that any portion of their purchase is tax deductible.

Campaign periods, eligible products, contribution amounts, goals, and beneficiaries may vary by campaign.

We may publish campaign goals, units sold, amounts raised, or other progress information. Such figures may be updated periodically rather than instantaneously.

8. FUNDRAISING ORGANIZATIONS AND AFFILIATIONS

The identification of an organization, department, memorial fund, nonprofit, government entity, military organization, first responder agency, or other beneficiary does not by itself mean that the organization sponsors, endorses, owns, or operates Honor The Forefront.

When Honor The Forefront has an official partnership, authorization, collaboration, or fundraising relationship, we may identify that relationship on the applicable campaign page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no endorsement or official affiliation should be inferred.

9. MILITARY, GOVERNMENT AND FIRST RESPONDER DISCLAIMER

Honor The Forefront is an independent business.

Unless expressly stated for a particular campaign or collaboration, Honor The Forefront is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official representative of the United States Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, any branch of the United States Armed Forces, or any federal, state, county, or local government entity.

The same applies to police departments, fire departments, emergency medical services agencies, K9 organizations, military units, veteran organizations, memorial organizations, and other third parties unless an official relationship is expressly identified.

References to such organizations may be used for commemorative, historical, descriptive, artistic, or fundraising purposes as applicable.

10. LIMITED-EDITION PRODUCTS

Some products may be advertised as limited editions or limited production runs.

Where a product is individually numbered, the number received may depend on order sequence or production sequence unless a particular number is expressly guaranteed.

Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted.

We may limit purchase quantities when necessary to preserve the integrity of a limited release.

11. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time before purchase.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout when required.

We may cancel or correct an order if a material pricing, listing, discount, inventory, or technical error occurs. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

12. DISCOUNT AND PROMOTIONAL CODES

Honor The Forefront may periodically offer discount codes, promotional pricing, customer appreciation offers, or other promotions.

Promotions may have expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, or other conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to cancel or restrict promotions that are used fraudulently, abusively, or contrary to their stated terms.

13. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Production time may be required before shipment, particularly for personalized, engraved, made-to-order, limited-edition, or fundraising products.

Delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, emergencies, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. LOCAL PICKUP AND EVENT SALES

Honor The Forefront may offer local pickup, event pickup, or in-person purchasing at certain events.

Pickup instructions, locations, dates, and availability may vary.

Customers selecting pickup are responsible for following the instructions associated with their order.

Products purchased at an event or through an in-person payment method may be subject to the same applicable product, customization, and return conditions as online purchases.

15. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because personalized and custom products are created specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for return or refund merely because the customer changes their mind.

If we make an error in personalization or you receive a damaged or materially defective product, contact us so we can review the issue.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.

16. CUSTOMER REVIEWS

We may invite customers to provide reviews through Honor The Forefront, Shopify-integrated services, Google Customer Reviews, third-party marketplaces, or other review platforms.

Reviews should reflect the customer's genuine experience.

We do not guarantee publication of content that violates applicable platform policies or law.

If we provide an incentive in connection with a review, any applicable disclosure requirements must be followed.

17. USER CONTENT AND SOCIAL MEDIA

If you voluntarily tag Honor The Forefront, send us photographs of our products, or submit testimonials or other content, we may ask for permission to share that content through our website or social-media channels.

Submission of private materials for fulfillment of a custom order does not, by itself, give us permission to publicly use those materials for advertising.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Honor The Forefront name, branding, original graphics, product designs, photographs, written content, website content, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized commercial reproductions of our original materials without permission.

Third-party trademarks, names, logos, photographs, insignia, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

19. PRODUCT ORIGIN CLAIMS

Honor The Forefront may source blank products, components, materials, packaging, or other supplies from third-party manufacturers or suppliers and may perform engraving, printing, customization, assembly, packaging, or fulfillment activities separately.

We will not represent a product as “Made in USA” unless we have an appropriate basis to make that claim.

Under FTC standards, an unqualified “Made in USA” claim generally requires that a product be “all or virtually all” made in the United States. (Federal Trade Commission)

20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may use services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, Google, review providers, email providers, social-media platforms, and marketplace integrations.

Your interaction with certain third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers except where applicable law provides otherwise.

21. ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated availability information, or technical errors.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information.

22. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or services to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property rights, transmit malicious software, engage in fraudulent transactions, scrape or harvest information unlawfully, interfere with website security, impersonate another person, or submit knowingly false information.

23. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.

Nothing in this section limits warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Honor The Forefront will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Honor The Forefront harmless from claims resulting from your unlawful use of our website or your submission of content that infringes another person's rights.

26. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, products, services, policies, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be posted on this website with an updated revision date.

Your purchases will remain subject to applicable legal rights and the terms governing the transaction when it was made, except where otherwise required by law.

28. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws or other applicable laws require otherwise.
