At Honor the Forefront, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Custom or personalized items (including engraved products) are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@honortheforefront.com with your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting photos if the item is defective or damaged.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your refund request, we will provide you with return instructions on how to return the item to us.

  3. Return the Item: Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the return instruction. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please:

5. Exchanges

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
